Day Wise Itinerary
Arrival in Sri Lanka | Airport ? Negombo
- Arrival at the airport with reception and welcome by your representative and English speaking national guide.
- Transfer to Negombo.
- Panoramic city tour of Colombo, exploring iconic landmarks such as the Gangaramaya Temple, the Old Parliament, Galle Face Green, the Pettah Bazaar, and Cinnamon Gardens. Experience the blend of colonial heritage and modern urban life.
- Dinner and overnight stay: Negombo
Negombo ? Dambulla ? Sigiriya
After breakfast at the hotel, depart by road to Dambulla.
Upon arrival, visit the famous Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This impressive religious complex consists of five caves housing more than 150 Buddha statues, along with extraordinary murals and ancient paintings dating back to the 1st century BC, reflecting centuries of Buddhist art and history.
After the visit, continue the journey to Sigiriya and transfer to the hotel for some rest.

Sigiriya / Minneriya Safari
Early morning departure to climb the spectacular Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as the Lion Rock. This ancient royal complex, perched atop a massive rock, is renowned for its famous frescoes, advanced water gardens, and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape.
After the visit, return to the hotel to enjoy breakfast and some time to rest. In the afternoon, depart for an exciting jeep safari in Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park, one of the best areas in the country for wildlife observation. During the safari, it is possible to see elephants in their natural habitat, as well as deer, birds, crocodiles, and other species.

Sigiriya? Matale ? Kandy
After breakfast, depart by road to Kandy, the last royal capital of Sri Lanka and a city rich in history and culture. En route, stop in Matale to visit a Spice Garden, where you will learn about local spices, their traditional uses in cuisine and medicine, and enjoy demonstrations of cultivation and processing.
Upon arrival in Kandy, enjoy a city tour, exploring its streets, markets, and local way of life. The main visit will be to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred sites in Buddhism and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where a highly revered relic is enshrined.

Kandy ? Nuwara Eliya ? Ella
After breakfast, depart for Nuwara Eliya, famous for its mountain landscapes and vast tea plantations. Visit a tea plantation and factory, where you will learn about the entire production process—from leaf picking to drying and packaging—and enjoy a tasting of different tea varieties.
Afterwards, continue the experience with a scenic train journey from Ambewela to Ella, considered one of the most beautiful train routes in the world. During the journey, admire lush green mountains, tunnels, waterfalls, and tea plantations, taking in a truly unique and memorable landscape.

After breakfast, depart to visit the Nine Arches Bridge, an impressive example of colonial era engineering surrounded by lush green tea plantations and spectacular natural scenery, perfect for photos and relaxed walks.
Later, enjoy a hike to Little Adam’s Peak, an easy and accessible walk that rewards you with stunning panoramic views of mountains, valleys, and tea plantations—an ideal moment to connect with nature and enjoy the fresh hill-country air.

After breakfast, depart by road to Yala, home to one of Sri Lanka’s most famous national parks. Upon arrival, enjoy some time to relax at the hotel before the main activity of the day.
In the afternoon, embark on an exciting jeep safari in Yala National Park, renowned for its biodiversity. During the safari, you may have the chance to see leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and many other species in their natural habitat—a truly unique experience for wildlife lovers and photographers.

Yala? Galle ? Weligama ? Bentota
After breakfast, depart for the southern coast of Sri Lanka. The first stop will be Weligama, a small fishing village famous for its traditional stilt fishing technique, where fishermen perch on poles in the sea to catch fish—offering a unique and highly photogenic scene. Next, visit Galle for a tuk-tuk tour of Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the tour, admire colonial architecture, explore charming cafés, shops, and museums, and stroll along the historic fort walls.
Finally, continue the journey to Bentota, a coastal destination perfect for relaxing by the sea.
